Earn up to 15 CE Credit Hours

Professional boards across different states vary in what they will accept. The approvals associated with this event offer credits to a target audience of behavioral health professions, across the widest number of states. If you are unsure if the provided approvals will be accepted by your board, we recommend reaching out to your board office for clarification regarding whether the offered CE’s will be accepted.


Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by his/her licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Please note: You must attend "live" (in real-time) for the duration of the training to earn CE credits.

After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.

Upon accessing the CE-Go "attendee dashboard", you will be able to:

  • Complete evaluation forms for the event
  • Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

Association of Social Work Boards

Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final say in determining whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing- education credit. Refund Policy

Ellenhorn, LLC will provide a full refund (minus a 5.2% credit card processing fee which is included in all ticket prices) with a minimum of two weeks advance written notice. In the unlikely event the activity must be canceled, prepaid registrants will be given a registration-fee refund.

Privacy Policy

Ellenhorn PLLC is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with our Approved Continuing Education standards. Ellenhorn will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to assure storage, confidentiality, and retrieval of Continuing Education records.

The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance and direction on the creation and management of information and records and to clarify staff responsibilities. Ellenhorn’s Education and Training team is intended to maintain, protect, retain and dispose of records in accordance with operational needs and both ASWB, NBCC, and NYSED regulations.

All Continuing Education records will be retained for a minimum of seven years. Ellenhorn places a high priority on the preservation and protection of its trade secrets and confidential and/or proprietary information. All records and files maintained by the Company are confidential and remain the Company’s property. As it pertains to the storage of records, all files related to Ellenhorn hosted continuing education activities will be stored in a designated Continuing Education drive with access given only to employees involved with administration of the Continuing Education program (currently, the Director of Education, the Marketing Coordinator, and the Chief Admissions Officer). Collateral for each Continuing Education activity will be organized in its own folder which will be stored in larger folders organized by year. 
The collateral stored for each activity includes but is not limited to the following:
the date and location of the course/educational activity
the name and curriculum vitae of the instructor/presenter
the objectives and learning methods of the course/educational activity
the outline of the course/educational activity, the assessment methods used, and the number of contact hours of the course/
educational activity
a summary of any evaluation of the course/educational activity
copies of all promotional materials used in a course/educational activity
any evaluation of the need for the course/educational activity and
the list of licensed practitioners in attendance, including the profession(s) in which each is licensed.

In addition to individual folders, a master list of every continuing education activity will be maintained in the form of a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will contain embedded links to all of the above information. In addition to access of continuing education records being limited only to the previously stated designated staff members, any feedback received pertaining to continuing education activities will be shared only with the activity/course instructor upon completion of the activity/course in the form of a separate, anonymous feedback spreadsheet (i.e. all identifiable information will be removed from feedback, and will instead say “participant 1” etc.)
