Refund Policy

We will provide a full refund (minus a 5.2% credit card processing fee which is included in all ticket prices) with a minimum of two weeks advance written notice. In the unlikely event the activity must be canceled, prepaid registrants will be given a registration-fee refund.

Due to the limited public transportation options in the area, driving is the best mode of transportation to get to the conference.
